FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – International Forest Products LLC (IFP), a member of The Kraft Group of companies headquartered in Foxborough, Massachusetts, has earned the 5th spot among the Top 100 U.S. Exporters in 2017 according to the annual rankings published by The Journal of Commerce. The fifth place ranking is the highest in IFP's history.
IFP, a forest products commodities trader, earned the ranking by exporting 109,500 twenty-foot equivalent units (TEUs) in 2017. TEUs are a standard measurement of containerized ocean shipping. This represents a 19% increase over IFP's exports in 2016. The top 100 rankings are based on data from PIERS, a Journal of Commerce sister company, and other industry sources.
