FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – International Forest Products (IFP) held its annual sales planning meeting at the company's headquarters in Foxborough, Massachusetts this week. More than 50 representatives from around the world, including sales, operations, finance and transportation executives, gathered to exchange ideas, develop goals, and plan for the next 12 months.
The group was welcomed by IFP Chairman Robert Kraft. Dan Kraft, President and Chief Executive Officer of IFP, gave an overview of the company's business operations. And the attendees participated in three days of group sessions, breakout meetings and team-building activities with the goal of reviewing the current market and developing new business opportunities.
"These meetings set the tone for the next 12 months of our business," said Dan Kraft. "It allows us to capitalize on our broad network of relationships across our various markets and product lines. And it provides the occasion for our sales staff to discuss prospective business and to develop creative opportunities that will continue to bring value to our existing suppliers and customers."
